The Discover Your Potential Bursary Program
The Neal Estate Team Bursary Program
We Live Here, We Give Here.
The Neal Estate Team is proud to be one of the top performing real estate teams in Victoria. We are even more proud to give back to our communities in any way we can. Find out more about the community initiatives we support.
In 2018, we chose to expand our community involvement in ground-breaking ways. We believe that our next generation possesses the potential to change our world for the better, and an investment in our young people is an investment in our community. We want to help students who are already actively contributing to their community to achieve their post-secondary academic pursuits so that they can continue to contribute in meaningful ways to the world we live in.
We are delighted to offer the Discover Your Potential Bursary Program. The DYP Bursary is awarded to one Grade 12 student from Discovery School who attends a Post-Secondary Program.
We have chosen to award this bursary initially to students from Discovery School because we have a personal connection to this specialized school. Ron Neal’s son Cameron attended this school, which offers a focused experience for students with unique learning needs. Discovery School features small-sized classes which allows their skilled, experienced teachers to provide students more personalized attention and customized approaches to learning.
Discovery School is an independent school that specializes in meeting the needs of children with learning disabilities. Students have individualized education programs that balance challenge with success, build self-confidence and self-esteem. Student progress is closely monitored and teaching staff communicate regularly and openly with parents. A non-denominational school with Christian values and virtues, Discovery School strives to develop the child as a whole being. Specialized learning strategies combined with small class size suit young learners discouraged by the demands of the regular classroom.
