Kaelyn Bilcik, Customer Service Director
Kaelyn, originally from Campbell River, embarked on a journey across the island post-graduation, calling Nanaimo and now Langford home. Her academic journey commenced with a strong academic record during her primary years, leading her to pursue a BBA at VIU, where she cultivated a profound passion for the intricate workings of the business world. In 2017 she was the Social Events Director for the VIU Business Students’ Association. Her professional trajectory took shape in 2018 when she joined Pemberton Holmes in Nanaimo as an administrative assistant, immersing herself in the real estate realm and solidifying her career aspirations. After a brief hiatus, she found her way back to her passion, joining The Neal Estate Group in May 2023, marking an exhilarating continuation of her real estate career. Kaelyn thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, deriving immense joy from assisting others and eliciting smiles. Her rich background in customer service extends beyond the professional sphere, seamlessly integrating into her everyday life. Outside work, Kaelyn finds solace in the company of her cats, cherishing moments with friends and family. Her interests span across singing, dance classes, live music shows, and modeling, balanced by an adventurous spirit that eagerly explores the natural wonders of our beautiful island and province.
