Justin was born and raised in Victoria, he has traveled all over the world with his father; though he would never want live anywhere else other than this beautiful island he calls home. He grew up watching his father immersed in the real estate industry learning by observation in his everyday life. His childhood goal for as long as he can remember is owning his own bit of real estate and creating a passive income. In January 2018 Justin joined The Neal Estate Team is eagerly learning from the ground up how his father’s office is run and how he can integrate himself into a key role helping anyway he can to improve efficiency even further around the office. He has valuable customer service and sales experience from his past jobs and is determined to apply and improve those skills working at the office. In his personal life Justin loves to spend his time with his friends and family; either outdoors enjoying everything the Island has to offer from hiking to skiing, or inside cooking, dancing, or singing along to his music.
