Randy Hollands, Customer Service Director
Randy started his journey in Ottawa, has lived in Banff, Calgary, Vancouver, Bermuda before ending up in Victoria in 2003. He immediately fell in love with the surroundings, especially the golf courses and soccer pitches where you will find him and his son enjoying the fresh sea air blowing through. While still working as a chef when he arrived, he took his customer service skills in a new direction after graduating from Royal Roads’ Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2006. Most of that time since then he has been working in the Real Estate industry, first as a mortgage broker and since 2015 as the Director of Operations for The Neal Estate Team. From the first time you make contact with the team until your property closes, Randy will be diligently managing the hundreds of details ensuring your experience is smooth and stress free.
