Ron Neal has never been one to shy away from a challenge. In fact, he thrives on them! Whether it be tackling a mogul run, exploring underwater life or camping in the wilderness, he loves to conquer the obstacles that come his way.

In their first full year they successfully assisted eighty-five families - more than most Realtors achieve in their entire careers! When Ken moved to Duncan in 1992 to be closed to his wife's family, he left Ron with their thriving business. He needed help immediately. After over a year of having various salespeople take his pager for the odd day off and short vacations, it became clear that those covering didn't have an acceptable level of commitment, accountability and care to you, Ron's clients. Since that time Ron has attracted some for the most talented salespeople to work together on a "partnership basis". Every year since 1994, Ron and his team has consistently sold more homes than any other Realtor in Victoria, and most of their business continues to come from repeat customers and their referrals.
