Melanie has been working In Real Estate since June of 2006. She started out as the Client Care Coordinator for The Neal Estate Team, gaining valuable knowledge in all aspects of the Real Estate Industry. She completed her Real Estate Licensing Course in 2008 and has continued working with one of the top teams on Vancouver Island.

Born and raised in Victoria, Melanie has gained much experience in the Real Estate Market learning from her Mother Shelley who has been active as a licensed representative for 20 plus years and a grandfather who has developed many commercial and residential properties.

Melanie brings her strengths as a negotiator, adviser and marketer priding herself on maintaining a strong network with clients, friends, family and professional colleagues. Melanie’s top priority is to help you achieve your goals both financially and personally though the entire real estate transaction.

Melanie’s passions are working out, reading, camping, The Vancouver Canucks and being around friends and family.
