  • Announce your property at weekly Network Group meeting of top REALTORS® (multi-company)
  • Announce your property at weekly Neal Estate Team sales meeting
  • Install professional highly visible yard sign (where permitted)
  • Install professional highly visible directional arrow signs (where applicable)
  • Measure your property's room sizes and square footage
  • Verify all facts pertaining to your property
  • Order professional photos and Virtual Tours
  • Install high security electronic lockbox
  • Computer match and contact appropriate current buying contacts
  • Submit to Internet at both www.MLS.ca and www.RonNeal.com
  • Submit ad to Real Estate Victoria magazine for publication
  • Prepare information flyer for display at property
  • Prepare ad for RE/MAX office photo-board

Within 30 Days:

  • Team Tour of your property and provide feedback
  • Tour with "Real Estate Network Group" and provide feedback
  • Send info flyer to agents with similar listings
  • Advertise in the Times-Colonist
  • Advertise in our Full Colour Outside Back Page Real Estate Victoria display ad
  • Hold open house (optional)
  • Send copies of all ads and feedback received

Thereafter:

  • Continue advertising alternating with the Times-Colonist and Real Estate Victoria
  • Continue advertising 24 hours per day on MLS® Computer and Internet (several websites)
  • Continue promoting at every opportunity through networking with other agents
  • Continue contacting you regularly to provide feedback on showings and market updates
