Whether a newly licensed rookie or a seasoned successful veteran, Ron will work with you to build a business plan and organize your time, teach you skills and dialogues, etc... Together with Ron's assistance, make and achieve your goals faster and beyond what you believed was possible! Typically we begin with an in depth personal interview, develop and schedule including time shadowing Ron and a weekly or bi-weekly telephone agenda. The focus is on direction and accountability. Ron will help to keep you on track with the most productive and profitable activities, develop marketing/promotional plans, websites, etc...
